Cancellation And Refund

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by going to the 'Macslatch.com' section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Macslatch.com account in the form of Cashback.

We will accept back for a full refund or replacement any product returned in complete, undamaged and unmarked condition, with the exception of product that was ordered through Apple's (Build to Order) process, opened memory or software. Product must be received within 15 days of the original shipping date. If the product has been opened, a 15% repackaging charge will be assessed.

Important note: MacSlatch.com will only arrange to cover return shipping on verified DOA Apple computers to the Delhi state, otherwise all return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS to your registered mobile number.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with the financial organization for the same. Sometimes financial organizations & banks take longer than the promised time to process the refund request internally. If this is the case, then kindly follow up with them for your pending refund after providing them the reference number given by Macslatch customer care. Alternatively, you can also check the status of your refund online at www.Macslatch.com in the 'My Account' section.

To check the updated status of your refund you can call our customer care number. If you are a registered customer at www.Macslatch.com then you can also check the status of your refund in the 'My Account' section of the site. Therefore the return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.

 If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your MacSlatch.com Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account.

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.
